      I’m part of a very supportive team with strong, engaged leadership. People genuinely want to see each individual, and the whole team succeed. I also appreciate that there are many women in leadership roles, which creates a balanced and empowering environment.

      Cons

      While many top leadership roles are currently held by men, the company is clearly building a more diverse leadership pipeline and increasing representation at other levels.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Cons

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
