      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.

      Steady paycheck if you can keep it.

      Cons

      Company has done layoffs but is currently using the PIP method to get rid of people in certain departments. A lot of jobs are being offshored to India, entire departments are on their way to being fully offshored. Many insurance companies are offshoring jobs. The insurance industry is cooked, there is no future in it.
