      Pros

      Most employees are engaged, talented and passionate about the work they do.

      Cons

      Office politics seem to lead to promotions for employees in the "in" club. Others are frequently left out. Diversity & Inclusion seem like buzzwords, not something the company actual embraces and takes action on. There is a lot of restructuring, but not sure how effective the results.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
