Pros

Generous pay, good work life balance

Cons

Limited advancement opportunities for anyone outside of the Seacost/Boston area. "Digital Transformation"is driven by leaders with old-school thinking. The culture is extremely top-down which has created a divide between leadership and their people..

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We are excited about our Agile transformational journey and how it’s allowing us to bring the business and technology perspectives closer together for a holistic view. As part of the transformation, we’re leveraging new tools and technologies to meet the changing needs of our agents, brokers, customers and employees, but we realize we are only just beginning our Agile journey, and opportunities will continue to grow in this area as we move forward. We are always looking for opportunities to improve and honest feedback like yours helps us to do that.

Pros

Highly competitive compensation, generous annual bonuses, and excellent bonuses such as 401(k) matching and annual credits, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, affordable healthcare, vision, dental, and additional unique benefits for all stages of life and discounts for fun things like shopping and products that may be of desire!

Cons

It is a competitive place for high performers, but it is motivating and not intimidating in my opinion!

Pros

Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

Cons

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
