Pros

-Overall good benefits. Bonus is good only if you reach level 16 - a senior level. 401K match is not bad, $6k a year tuition reimbursement, and 10% discount with Liberty Insurance policies which still may be higher than market rates. -Their charity matching program works well and it is a big business for them. They do matching contributions 50 cents to the dollar, but they take charity deductions from your paycheck for many, many months before they disburse the money in installments to the charity organization of your choice. This helps their cash flow and also let's them make some additional interest revenue. They also use this program to bolster their corporate image. -They have good, smart people. I made some good friends.

Cons

-Performance reviews and ratings are pretty much determined by your manager. If he/she likes you, you will do well. Otherwise, forget it. He/she will make your life miserable until you move or quit.

Pros

They still care about DEI.

Cons

Mgmt micromanages to extremes. They have performance metrics that are not in writing anywhere and are completely subjective so if a manager doesn't like you, they just score you low. They have introduced countless processes and templates which increase time needed to work on a claim but have done nothing to lower the amount of claims you're expected to handle. Seriously, run away from this place like all the adjusters are trying to!
