      work from home 2 days a week and pay is good.

      Cons

      No loyalty to long time employees, Expectation for perfection. Claims case load insane when compared to expectations. No life work balance. Turn over high.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
