      The benefits are pretty decent, people are friendly and talented, the company really cares about it's employees. There are team building events and community service and health and wellness days. They pay for an evening MBA.

      Work life balance in my department wasn't great, dress code in Boston office is BUSINESS, there are lots of continuing ed credits,

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
