Pros
Decent career opportunities if willing to relocate (unless you live in the Boston area), fair base salaries at the management level, great people at the Life company, much improved structure on the personal markets sales/service side in the last 5 years
Cons
Extreme micromanagement, poor work/life balance, high stress, bad commission structure on the sales side, management doesn't seem to get what's going on outside of Liberty, inconsistent treatment of employees (I have watched management allow high producers admit to and get away with VERY unethical practices, which are tolerated if they make the company a lot of money, so sad)
