Pros
The beginning is great, and benefits are ALMOST worth the excruciating headache they cause by messing up your pay check and not having a HR department in house.
Cons
They will charge You for your cancels if somebody switches insurance six months and one day is how long they have to have it in order for you to keep your money that they paid you otherwise if they cancel on the day at six months which they’ve gotten paid the whole six months for they will take back your money for that cancellation. Not fair.
