      You will be micromanaged more than you have ever thought possible. You will be overworked as well. Be prepared to be overlooked for rewards and recognitions unless you suck up to management

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
