      Decent salary structure especially if in IT. Employees are the best part of the company.

      Cons

      New CEO is taking the company back in time with inequitable mandated 'return to office'. Established long term remote work agreements are being revoked. Software engineers are treated differently than most all other employees.

      - team dependent, but my team really wanted to see me learn - team had great culture and lots of laughs - team asked what I wanted to work on and they incorporated that into projects. Forever grateful for everyone!
