      Commercial insurance side is continuously diversifying. Good training and generally market leader in lines of business, lots of growth oppournity

      Cons

      Personal lines business bleeds money and is a major component to Liberty's operations. Too many DEI initiatives that takes away focus of making good internal decisions.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
