      Great benefits and the company is not publicly traded so there is a longer term focus which is greater than the next quarter. Flexible working arrangements and hours for attorneys as long as you get your total hours in.

      Legal Department can be understaffed and overworked depending on the state

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
