Pros
The culture at Liberty is unmatched, they really stand behind their mission of work life balance. A full remote position brings a great balance into my life. Leadership is present, accessible, and really supportive. They allow for anonymity in decisions but provide guidance when it is needed. My leadership does not micromanage which is a huge bonus.
Cons
Gaining all access points needed for tools can be a bit of a "hunt and peck" situation. There could be a little more training in the portals they have and how to navigate through all of them.
