Ownership of own projects, upward mobility, promotion from within, benefits are amazing, global network of business professionals and resources, divers workforce that's very bright and talented The company tries to change strategies as quickly as industry trends change, which gives employees the opportunity to change gears quiet often and makes the work place exciting.
Cons
-Changes are often not clearly communicated to the entire organization -Pay is not fairly distributed throughout the regions (location should be a determining factor of pay) -Promotion process is not fair/transparent -A number of employees in key roles are not qualified for their position
