Pros

Very good pay Very hard working team Career opportunity

Cons

You cant finish your shift on time. Even though they informed us on induction all the Rota will be make minimum 3 weeks in advance so all employee can plan their family life. But in practical it’s completely opposite, Store manager always change the Rota, sometimes not even bother to asked the employee are they available or not. Staff got there breaks after finish their shift. Always pupil called sick because of poorly manage working shift. External management recruitment is completely joke. Recruiting fresh graduate and give them store manager role make it worst, especially they don’t have any experience but they pretend they knows everything which makes them a joker. i cant find any employe benefit . Employe turnover is high.

Pros

Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

Cons

Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
