There is nothing positive to say about Lidl, Customer Assistants are treated with outermost dissrespect, there is no integrity

Cons

Managers only matter, bad pay, long hours, short breaks, workload, work life balance, customers, staff, cleanliness, like working with schoolchildren

Very divers tasks diverging from different products lines like dry food, fresh food, flowers, bakery

Cons

Doesn’t use much of the new tools, excel only
