      Pros

      The supervisor training classes, new hire notebook, online tests, training for ServSafe and follow-up from corp. trainer was outstanding and motivating! He was awesome!

      Cons

      Software system is outdated and slow. Freshchecks are a joke if the Supervisor the day before just punched in random dates and didn't markdown anything or the check dates.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
