Pros

So-called MNC Office located at ICC where you can enjoy habour view, but will soon relocate to AirSide in Kai Tak

If you expect this so-called MNC having the management level of a true MNC, you will be VERY disappointed - many working procedures are based on reverse engineering and there is no documentation and no guidelines even for a regular report. Your managers are good at micro-managing too, asking why you keep playing with your phone and why you are being late for just sending a message for SL. Flexible working hour is a SCAM because that won't be working for micro-managing managers at such level. In the interview process, no one told or informed me that the office is going to be relocated to Kai Tak, even after the contract is signed! - it is ridiculous that a new comer could only learn this from the company website that s/he is not even know where to find company news in the first place If you are going to join this company under this role and unfortunately the HR or Line Manager are trying to hide this information from you, I am telling you that the company will be relocated to Air Side by July 2024
