      Pay is competitive for grocery, good PTO options, some aspects of the job are well thought out and do make for efficient working that is easier on the body compared to other grocery chains that lean more on raw labor instead of smart planning.

      Cons

      hours inconsistent, insufficient staffing, out-of-touch corporate oversight.
