Pros

- multiple ways to earn commission - charge your own rate as a trainer

Cons

- you are forced to stay at the gym for 8hrs per day even though you aren't training clients. - sales target is 10k every month to keep the management off your backs ( also leaders get bonuses from your 10k) - favoritism at the front desk to give out leads for goal settings. Its not fair at all how they distribute leads to trainers. - they are not hiring legit trainers, just sales people. - they hire bunch of kids as trainers, so if your older than 30 you won't like the culture. - personal training manager/ leader provides poor management. always late in your 1:1 meetings, doesn't reply to your text 90% of the time, has anger management. - you cannot leave the building to go eat or whatever you want to do on your break if you are not hitting your 10k per month in sales. - team meeting 3x a week l, that simply waste your time. - last thing is they micromanage!!!!!!

Pros

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
