Pros

Great work/life balance, casual environment.

Cons

There are a lot of middle managers and it gets in the way of getting things done. For being the healthy way of life company, not allowing for standing desks for those that request it seems silly. It is proven that occasionally standing while working can be very healthy.

-Extremely minimal time between classes to provide parent's updates on child development and to allow proper break time between instructors to use restrooms, etc. (5 minutes total in between classes). -Pay is capped, no matter how much experience or years worked at Lifetime
