Pros

make your own scheduale, great avenues to make sales, really good pay for a training position

Cons

all about sales and you attend meetings twice a week for free you dont get paid as it is 100% commission so the time spent not selling you are losing money, work on a draw system meaning they pay you but once you make that back in commission they take it from you so no steady paycheck.

Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

Cons

Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
