Pros

- Good amount of responsibilities. Not too overwhelming, although there were some days when interacting and supporting clients left little time for back-end work. - I felt very open and received when expressing new ideas or feedback for the club and company. - there were striving to make things better for employees from a head office level.

Cons

- pay is pretty standard, nothing fantastic - clubs have a prestige to them that is reflected in the attitudes of the members, this can sometimes be a lot to deal with and demoralizing.

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
