      You get a free membership to one of the best health clubs available. Work with healthy, active, positive people.

      Cons

      Pay for part-time employees in most positions is minimum wage when the work is worth much more. Some managers can be too controlling

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
