a lot of camaraderie, and team sales environment. Decent commission payout depending on the location. advancement is a good possibility due to high turnover. good training.
Cons
Upper management advice was redundant and ineffective. A lot of cold calling. Hard close, manipulative sales approach. longs hours. 5 10 hour shifts a week which usually go over.
