Pros
Good pay for training. The facility is the best around and the clients are amazing! Life time attracts an up scale but none arrogant client base. It's awesome!
Cons
No freedom of schedule, micromanage (even top producers), have to clean the equipment. Not family friendly. As a former top producer, it really sucks to have your quality of life constantly threatened because you didn't sell 2000 dollars in ancillaries. Especially for trainers that have great client retention. Those trainers are asked to constantly bombard their clients (who may have already bought everything under the sun) with products and services that might not be helpful for them at that point, and if they don't they lose their schedule. My club was very poorly managed on all levels and the company as a whole makes it difficult for some one who is supporting a family to work here.
