Pros

Availability leniency, not many other pros to it- only person that seems to actually care about their job is the manager

Cons

Horrible pay, and everyone at front desk is beyond entitled. I have never worked in a place where so much attention was on what clothes you wear or the money you have. Let alone the way they look down on those that are part time. It’s beyond ridiculous. HR will terminate you with no warning because your “online learning” is not complete. The whole system is broken down and tired.

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
