Pros

Insurance plans / good membership (not worth it though at all lol)

Incompetent managers, lack of communication, lack of accountability, if you don’t get along with your manager it makes or breaks the job because higher management will not solve the issue and will side with the manager, double standard placed on employees not on managers, I felt unvalued and uncomfortable and anxious at work due to manager. They are not considerate of employees time but expect us to revolve around them. I accepted the offer as a full time member but didn’t even have part time hours because the date of the club opening was so far out. I quit a job making steady income to find out all of my shifts are “training” before the club opens and I’m making minimum wage, something I wasn’t informed of.

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
