Pros

Met so many amazing people working here and of course the free membership was a plus! And the hours are pretty flexible which was nice

Cons

- expectations didn’t match the pay - Had new management OFTEN, so the expectations and rules would always change. I think I went thru at least 8 managers in my time there - worked there for 5 years and my pay remained the same… You guys cant give a raise after increasing the membership and cafe prices??? - No room to grow really - the annual learning was really annoying This place is ONLY worth it for the membership. Don’t expect anything else working here

Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

Cons

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
