From day one, it was evident that this is not just a workplace, but a diverse community of passionate individuals dedicated to making a meaningful impact. We have a strong collaborative culture and everyone is friendly and approachable. This really helps to build a strong sense of unity and team spirit. I know I can always turn to someone to ask questions or just to catch up! One of the aspects that stands out to me the most is the efficiency of the systems in place. Everything runs smoothly (hopefully I have not jinxed it), which speaks volumes about the organisation's commitment to professionalism, productivity and care for staff. Cons
We previously had too many meetings in our diaries for our team to update each other on our projects. We fed this back and as a result, we have now cut down which has hugely benefitted our team.
