Cons
- I found it to be a toxic office culture. Very much like uber it's a "bro culture" of drinking all day everyday - You were discouraged from sharing any ideas or trying to help shape the company. When I did manage to tell management staff some problems with the company, that were verified by other non management staff he told me "I wish you didn't say anything at all we (the management) were already aware. Yet they said or did nothing in the 6 months to reassure us. - They advertised WFH(Work from Home), but when I asked to have it available 1-2 days in my contract they said no. Then later made me feel really guilty to work from home at all. - When I finally handed in my notice management staff was very unprofessional. They stated I made more than the other staff which should be confidential. They stated they were completely unhappy with the work I did, 2 weeks prior at my work review he said he was happy with everything I did. He then complained I did not do enough agile points, when I introduced Agile methodologies to the company upon arrival. We had only measured 1.5 sprints which wouldn't give a good indication.
