Pros

Let’s not waste time. Just check out the cons portion of this review.

Cons

Umm, to list all of the cons about this place will take more time that I want to give to this place. It’s chaos. There’s no cohesiveness, communication, or understanding what a positive and successful work environment is. Believe the word of mouth: the owner is an egotistical jerk with a temper that no one has time for. Intimidating your employees doesn’t create positive results, and you would think after reading all of those negative Yelp and Glassdoor reviews things would have changed* I didn't move cross country to accept a job where I had to witness genuinely experienced, hard working salespeople and their assistants that I have come to really get to know personally get randomly let go. How can you let someone go without any reasoning and without warning? If you have an opinion on how to make things work better and more swiftly, it won't be heard, and cross my fingers that changes happen immediately. In the meantime, I’ll be here sipping my tea waiting for the person that the CEO hired to respond to these reviews try to defend what can’t be defended. * umm, nope.

Pros

Opportunities to work remotely. Somewhat flexible with scheduling needs. Alright benefits

Cons

Short sighted, perplexing decision making from upper management, especially the CEO. Undoubtedly prioritizes profits over people in every step of the process. Training is lacking and you will have to figure out a lot for yourself, god help you if you're newer because anyone who is experienced enough to train either doesn't have the time to help you or is gone. There used to be a lot of healthy movement within the company, but lately outside hiring seems to be preferred by upper management. This ends up slowing down everything because again, there's no proper training. Nobody who should know what they're doing knows what they're doing, leaving the entry level roles to handle a lot of cleanup. Very strict metrics for what counts as success, Bonuses are implied to be a possibility but have not been given for years now due to the rising standards for what is necessary to get them. Your productivity and activity are closely monitored and taken out of context. Regardless of your job knowledge and skills, you will not be rewarded in any way for hard work. The pay increase has slowed drastically over the past few years and is not nearly enough for what's expected of you. In 2026 almost every person in the company was given the same dismal raise amount, regardless of performance or merit. Especially bizarre that people are not paid more since people are let go left and right and plenty leave due to a frustrating, limiting environment.
