Pros

Good starting position in case you want to understand the financial market from 0. Good environment the people are very open and helpfull. Flexible working hours, can be discussed with the manager if needed some time for the docter etc. Good health insurance (very good).

Cons

Hard work does not get very often noticed and overtime in support area will happen from time to time. Avarage salaries in this field of area comparing other companies, but still not that bad.

Pros

I can confidently say that Linedata is one of the best places I've worked! The team here is truly outstanding—everyone is talented, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. The company fosters a fun and engaging atmosphere, with regular team-building events and activities that make coming to work enjoyable. There is always something to look forward to here. One of the best aspects is the management style. There’s no micromanaging here; instead, we’re encouraged to take ownership of our projects and make decisions. This level of trust not only boosts morale but also drives innovation and creativity.

Cons

The only "con" is communicating with some employees. Due to the different time zones, it can be difficult to communicate at times. If you base your meetings accordingly, everything works out well!

Pros

Linedata has incredible work life balance, hybrid workplace for sure. It’s a great place to have a safe job and get your work done and feel like you’re in a community.

Cons

Linedata’s is main problem is their vision of growth, they preach a lot of it, but there is no set plan on it nor it seems to be any set time line. This would include for long-term plans as a firm, but also for managers and analyst alike there’s no set plan on promotions or what the future holds for every individual. It becomes quite frustrating not knowing what your future holds, as well as being well compensated for your role.
