      - Gives what you deserve - Topnotch in handling employees

      Cons

      - I can't find anything but maybe there are minor decisions in HR tools being used that are not informed ahead or probably because HR are not too technical and they let employees do manual stuff like transferring old information to new system or tools which should not be the case
