Permanent Remote Setup and that's all there is to it

Cons

No 14th Month Pay, Performance Bonus, or anything Bad place to look for career growth You will handle multiple projects on 3-5 Average Toxic Co-Workers who are aging in the company Hates upskilling new hires and only rewards old employees
