Work in “small groups”. Don’t really move around much with personal, but I liked it.

The environment is engaging and allows each person to play an important role in projects. Projects typically rely on teams run by senior-level staff; the Senior Managers, Directors, and Senior Directors are competent and well-respected and care about people as individuals. We have weekly Friday morning breakfast as an office as well as a company hosted holiday party, happy hours, and other events.

Nature of the industry means there are ebbs and flows of work; sometimes several cases will be in a holding pattern, while other times several cases have deadlines within days of each other.
