      With such a broad spectrum of services offered, it makes it difficult as an employee to be consistent and to master all the processes for which you are responsible.

      Engaging Environment with Strong Teamwork

      Pros

      The environment is engaging and allows each person to play an important role in projects. Projects typically rely on teams run by senior-level staff; the Senior Managers, Directors, and Senior Directors are competent and well-respected and care about people as individuals. We have weekly Friday morning breakfast as an office as well as a company hosted holiday party, happy hours, and other events.

      Cons

      Nature of the industry means there are ebbs and flows of work; sometimes several cases will be in a holding pattern, while other times several cases have deadlines within days of each other.
