Small Family Atmosphere - Sales Manager Little Giant Ladder System Employee Review

I had a great time working for this company. It really strengthen my natural ability to sale to anyone. This is a product that i really believe in, and felt like anyone would love to own and have such a versatile ladder. Easy to assemble and reassemble and very safe, as it has surpassed all Osha and ANSI standards. I bought my family members one and myself one too. I really enjoyed the roadshows, and the commission is fair and also, very flexible hours. I have worked as a sales associate with Little Giant Ladders for 4 years and am happy to have worked for this company. I've gotten top sales list a few times, and am grateful to have been able to gain a more refined selling edge to my skills. Definitely recommend!

Being a woman and knowing how to assemble this tall ladder may be intimidating, but once you get it down, its actually really easy. People couldn't believe i was able to assemble and reassemble the ladder on my own. But once you get it down its a peace of cake.

Good company perks, generally good atmosphere.

The pay is not great unless you're in sales, marketing, engineering, or management.
