So many to list, I don’t even know where to start! They have had approx 8 rounds of redundancies in 3 years. You hired and got rid of people still on probation in pretty much most (all) these rounds of redundancies, with zero care/respect for people’s livelihoods. Don’t hire to only fire people if you know you will be making head count cuts! For an established niche enterprise solution - the lack of process and gaps in operation are shocking. Over complicated processes when it shouldn’t be so difficult. continue to make headcount cuts. projects you can’t get resources for due to lack of FTE. Remote work - hard to collaborate. Lack of progression - professional and/or personal development. Many more!
