Pros
- Good infrastructure code quality (new infrastructure) - A lot of freedom - good atmosphere
Cons
- No clear vision of future - Bad code quality and stability on old infrastructure - On-calls are frustrating here, direct calls by directors to pull you into solving other people's problems (due to their incompetency or lack of knowledge that comes from no engagement into whole process) - A lot of layoffs - There are no "okayish" people here. There are either good or really bad people (or super lazy). - India outsourced - There are a lot of unkept promises
