Pros
* The people are smart, nice, and hard working. Best team I've ever worked with and the top reason I love working here. No jerks, yelling, or office politics. People genuinely want to help each other and the company succeed and grow.
* Awesome technical scale. As a software engineer the second best thing about LiveRamp for me is the challenging technical problems. There is always something to keep you mentally stimulated and engaged with co-workers on problem solving.
* LiveRamp continues to adapt as we grow. Particularly on the culture side, which has always been a strength and focus, it's hard to scale but we find new ways to keep the great aspects from the past with evolving implementations and programs.
* Programs like Leading at LiveRamp help us continue to grow managers internally and create important connections between leaders from different parts of the organization.
* The business is continuing to grow, which means continued challenges and growth possibilities for everyone at LiveRamp
* RampCamp, our annual company camping trip. Just getting back from this now and could not be more happy. It's grown into an awesome event for employees of all ages from our offices around the world and their partners/families. Great bonding experience and chance to connect with people you don't normally work with.
Cons
* No matter what role you're in there is just so much to do. If it weren't for the great team this would get exhausting.
* Related to the above, hiring has been a challenge and not kept up with the fast pace of growth.
