Great and friendly work environment

I don’t really have much downside the company provided a good work environment and really do care about its employees

If you want a comfortable 9-5 job then maybe LiveTiles is not the place for you. Staff are encouraged to be courageous. To think with initiative, be customer centric and support our growth. Lots of travel and growth opportunities, the ability to go and work in another country. Flexibility in how you work and can be effective. Great office! I read some of the reviews that I suspect are from underperforming employees that are no longer with the company. I don't want Glassdoor to be a negative reflection of LiveTiles because that's not how I feel. I believe the management has our best interests at heart and lives by our values. The product is impressive and being developed at great speed, you can see that from the ARR growth and the Microsoft support.

The business has grown quickly and some of the procedures are still catching up. There can be quite a lot of travel at certain times of the year which can be good and bad. It would be nice to get a new laptop every year.
