The people are the best! Everyone works hard, assumes positive intent, and seeks to help out where they can. Our founders are genuine, hard working, and willing to challenge the status quo. Small group lunches via zoom provide a company sponsored lunch with a social question for the group to discuss. Pretty creative opportunity to socialize while working remote. Competitive pay and all employees have equity.
Cons
We're still a young company so we're constantly working to improve and evolve our processes and structure. If regular change is exciting and motivating to you then it's a great place to be. If you need consistency, Lively isn't the place for you.
