      -Once a year trips with the company -Great owners

      Cons

      -1 strike is a 6-9 month probation without being able to move departments/roles -2nd strike within that probation and you're terminated, regardless of tenure -Lots of ways to get a strike, and keep adding more

      Work Volume could be high and unevenly distributed during the busy times. Sometimes difficult to communicate with Engineering or outside vendors in a timely manner.
