Pros
Good life work balanced depending on the program you work. Flexible schedule, good amount of vacations.
Cons
There are layoffs every couple of years.doing more IT role then actual software. Lose your programming skills if not kept up. May work overtime and weekends. Management doesn't care much because of culture.
