Pros
Decent salary and benefits. Most people I work with are professional, knowledgeable and supportive.
Cons
Too much programme management and bad people management. Company seems to be on a downward trend where valuable personnel are leaving and not enough is being done to halt that. More are being asked to pick-up the pieces without fair recognition or appreciation. Central to this is a resource issue.
