Pros
It has a lot of opportunity to grow. Their are amazing leaders in some of their sites. Their best business unit to work for are MFC and Aeronautics.
Cons
Stay away from MST, especially from MST Clearwater Florida. Has the worst management I have ever encounter in my life. Keep in mind I have worked in 2 different business unites and 4 different sites. Other sites I had great mentors and amazing managers.
