      Pros

      - I have yet to meet a colleague who I didn't enjoy working with - Most people are genuinely motivated to do the best job they can - Leadership is generally very willing and excited about mentoring and offering assistance/support when asked - Some positions offer a great work/life balance, others challenge this - Getting to interact with the product is pretty unbeatable

      Cons

      - There is a lot of overhead/processes/bureaucracy, but for the most part this can be overcome with some effort - Processes and software systems can be antiquated

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
