Pros
Very good benefits. 4x10 schedule (for most programs) is a major benefit that's fairly rare in the industry. Very good employee relations. Good job security, with management helping find you new opportunities when programs/contracts end.
Cons
Can be lots of bureaucracy (as with most defense contractors). Hiring process and communications with HR are not great. At such a large company, sometimes you can feel like a very very small cog in the machine.
